My A/C drips inside the room — what is it?+
Almost always a drain line clogged with mold and dust. It is a cleaning service, quick and fixed-price — from RD$3,500 (~US$62) per unit.
Will a gas top-up fix it?+
If refrigerant is low, there is a leak: recharging without fixing it is throwing money away. We find and repair the leak before recharging.
How often should A/C be serviced here?+
Every 3 months for vacation-rental use, every 6 for residential. The quarterly plan costs less than one major repair.
Do you install new units?+
Yes — we supply and install, or install a unit you purchase. Fixed quote either way.
